As a Fraktal venture, Housing.Cloud aimed to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate their innovative approach to student housing management. Working closely with the founders, including Sasha Bratyshkin, a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Education, I facilitated strategic discussions to define the product's vision and objectives. I guided the team through intricate user flows, ensuring that each component of the platform interconnected logically to provide a user-friendly experience. By posing critical questions and conducting collaborative sessions, we identified potential challenges and devised effective solutions to meet the needs of housing professionals and students alike. Leading a team of product designers, I provided clear directives to achieve our desired outcomes.
